Tengo la duda de cuántos días permiten mantener en Enom el dominio expirado sin cobrarte una comisión extra cuando lo renueves. En godaddy son 11 días, en dynadot creo recordar que 37 días...

    Gracias :typeo:

Parece que en cuanto expira $250 durante 30 dias:

    http://www.domainnamenews.com/up-to-the-minute/enom-increases-redemption-fee-domains-250-usd/6754
We wanted to ensure that you are aware of the Redemption Grade Period changes that went into effect on Tuesday, December 1, 2009.

The New Domain Redemption Process is as Follows:

A domain will go into a Redemption state (RGP / ERGP) when the domain registrant fails to renew a domain. While a domain is within this state, the original web site will not be active and any services associated with the domain name (such as email) will stop working.

All domains within a redemption state will be held for 30-days where the original domain registrant may retrieve the domain from within the eNom system for the current Redemption Recovery fee of $250 + 1 year of renewal.

    PERO..

    http://www.enom.com/terms/agreement.aspx

Reactivation Period Process. For a period of approximately 30 days after expiration of the term of domain name registration services, we may provide a procedure by which expired domain name registration services may be renewed. We may, but are not obligated to, offer this process, called the "reactivation period." You assume all risks and all consequences if you wait until close to or after the expiration of the original term of domain name registration services to attempt to renew the domain name registration services. We may, in our sole discretion, choose not to offer a reactivation period and we shall not be liable therefore. The reactivation period renewal process, if any, may involve additional fees which we and your Primary Service Provider may determine. We may make expired domain name services(s) available to third parties, we may auction off the rights to expired domain name services (the auction beginning close to the end or after the end of the reactivation period), and/or expired domain name registration services may be re-registered to any party at any time.

O sea que si no se les da la gana pueden no permitir que lo renueves.. :smash:

ENOM SUCKS !!!.... They are DIRTY CROOKS!
In short: a domain was going to expire on 10/01/2010. AUTO Renew was on
but ENOM released/sold it on 11/01/2010 WITHOUT a GRACE or REDEMPTION period.

When I called ENOM customer support to ask about the failed AUTO RENEW and
the GRACE or REDEMPTION periods they said "Read the ENOM user agreement"
    and disconnected the call.

(NOTE: The domain "Creation date" was unchanged!)

WARNING! - Enom - Mock Redemption
At Enom, when some names expire, we expect that they go to the "expired list" where we can select them for renewal. It now appears that some names once expired don't ever make it to that list. Even worse, some of those names when selected to renew are returned with a "This name cannot be renewed" message, and will NOT go to your cart. Worse still, they will pick and choose some names (say that expired 4-3-05) to forward to "mock redemption" leaving names with earlier expiration dates (say 4-1-05) still in the expired list. What a surprise when it's found that the names they chose to move to "mock redemption" are some of the more valuable .coms.

Y mil hilos mas.. digo yo que a la lista negra :contrato:Shut Up !! Shut the hell up ! There's an Artist on stage !! UuUhh, yakalkiu kutulu, yakatomi pakatu, yakatoshi palaka, miu miuli miu yakatoshi kalaka !

No sé, el único que tengo a mano para comprobarlo es un un premium .tv y quizás lleva otro proceso, pero expiró el 20 de enero y aparentemente todavía se puede renovar sin penalización :cata:
