lo peor un termino absolutamente generico lo msimo el uso que se le dio no era relacionado a la marca y representado por el abogado de abogados J Berryhill.
Esperemos lo peele (acento en la e) que podria sentar precedente.

Parece que aunque el dominio estaba siendo usado para sector alimentacion, habia un par de "links" relacionados, uno de ellos a lentes de sol (lo que vende la marca Uruguaya) que derivaba mucho trafico..
