Me acaba de llegar un email de de nic.kg en el que explican que hacen un pequeño cambio en lo que respecta a un dominio cuando no es renovado.

In section 4, supplemented by items:

4.5. Delegation of the Administrator of the domain is suspended if the registration
of a domain owner does not extend to the end of its validity. In the case of the
renewal of registration to the time of its cancellation, the delegation of the
Administrator of the domain is restored within 3 (three) working days.

4.6. Domain name registration is canceled Administrator, if it does not own the
domain will be renewed within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of the
termination of registration of the domain.
