I got exactly the same request for one of my names a week ago. The guy was more than motivated, he came back many times claiming that my name was the ideal for his projet. After an intensive exchange of emails I have decided to follow my feeling : if this name could be a fantastic opportunity for this guy to really develop his business project then it is worth to take the risk. Yesterday night he got the name ... early this morning to my surprise I discovered that the basic version of his project is already up and running.
Please don't ask me to reveal the name as I don't want to interfer until the site (if any) is fully implemented.
