    A mi me llamaron de la tarjeta de credito, porque les aparece Eurodns con registros de "Actividad Fraudulenta" y los gastos les aparecen como efectuados en "lineas aereas"... o sea, mientras vuelas.

    Supongo que sera por el tema de el domicilio en asia, pero tambien he encontrado algunos reviews bastante desastrosos de esta gente .. non se ..

    Many thanks for your application for the '.asia' domain name(s).

    Your application will enter the registration process as soon as the corresponding payment has been confirmed and that you have provided ALL necessary information.

    The validation of your application and your subsequent grant of the domain name(s) is entirely dependent on the processing of the Asia registry, on which EuroDNS has no control.

    It might happen that a domain you ordered during landrush for example will enter the "open auction" process. If this is the case your order will stay pending till the auction is over. (Our system will try to get the name for you once the auction is over.) Indeed in some cases the domain might become available again after it passed the auction phase (eg: nobody bids during the auction).


    The auction process works as follows:

    You will receive notification emails about the upcoming auctions 10 days before the auctions start. An auction will last for 24 hours and if there are no bids the domain will enter the GoLive phase. In case a participant bids, the auction will be prolonged for another 24 hours.

    You can bid through the EuroDNS interface via the main navigation bar on the left (see the enclosed document for more information), by clicking on “Asia Auctions”.
    You will then be able to see your account and all the useful information related to .Asia domain auctions: “open auctions”, “upcoming auctions”, and “auction history”.

    The participants using the EuroDNS interface can bid freely and will be invoiced only after they have placed their final bid. The payment methods that can be used are: Credit Card, EuroDNS Credit Account or Bank / Wire transfer.

    There is also another bidding interface available, the Asia Registry’s pool auction, for which you will need to create a different account at http://dotasia.pool.com/.


    Frequently asked questions about .asia domains:

    - Why is a domain displayed as free although it’s taken?
    The 'whois like service' provided by the Asian registry only displays the domains that allocated or registered, not the ones that are still in process (= are in auction, or have been reserved during another launch phase, etc). Information about reserved names can be found here http://registry.asia/info/DotAsia-DomainsAppliedFor--2008-02-27.txt and here http://pioneer.domains.asia/prospects.html.


    - When will the domain I ordered during Sunrise/Landrush be registered?
    This depends on the Asian registry and if there will be upcoming auctions.
    You will receive email notifications about the states of your domains by the entities in charge (EuroDNS, the Asian registry and Pool.com) as soon as there's news about the proceedings of your applications.

    - The GoLive phase started, what about the domains I ordered during Sunrise/Landrush?
    The start of the GoLive phase doesn’t affect the pending domains that have been ordered during an earlier launch phase.

    - Why is my domain still in ‘Ready for submission’ status?
    If this status lasts for some hours the domain is in most cases already taken or reserved

    empiezan las asignaciones:

    The domain you applied for is in an auction process for now.

    During the Landrush phase more than one person applied for this domain. That's the reason why this domain is now undergoing an auction between the persons that applied for the domain during the Landrush. ( You cannot participate in the auction unless you applied for it during the Landrush, too. )
    Once the auction is over there are two possible scenarios:

    1) The auction has been won by one of the applicants and the domain will be registered to this person. In this case your pending application will be closed and you will receive a refund to your EuroDNS credit account.

    2) Nobody has placed a bid to the domain during the auction process and the domain becomes available again. In this case EuroDNS will try to get the domain for you and turn the pending application into registration.

    Lo digo porque estaba intentando ponerlos en parking y el redireccionamiento no me va. Aunque me acepta la url de redireccionamiento
    ¿Qué puede fallar?.

    Gracias. Si lo acabo de comprobar y el redireccionamiento me ha funcionado perfectamente. Tuve que esperar una hora para que se pudiera validar...pero salió.

    bueno EURODNS se esta luciendo...

    tengo unos cuantos dominios "registrados" con estos muchachos,
    y el tema es que, tengo muchos congelados, sin registro y sin reembolso..

    les he solicitado la devolucion del cargo correspondiente a todos los dominios
    que no me adjudicaron, los tipos te mandan un correo diciendo necesitan mas
    inormacion y que te logees en tu cuenta para tomar la accion correspondiente.

    ahora viene lo 'divertido'

    cuando logeas en tu cuenta y vas a 'acciones pendientes que requieren su intervencion':



    resulta que te encontras con esto:


    y cuando le das al link de 'client lo unico que te cuentan es que una o mas personas
    intentaron el registro en el Landrush y que no podes partipar en la subasta a menos
    que tu tambien lo hayas solicitado en ese momento, y te dan dos "escenarios"...

    1- El dominio fu adjudicado a alguien mas y te haran un rembolso.
    2-Nadie participo en la subasta y el dominio quedara libre, en ese caso EuroDNS tratara de conseguirlo para ti.


    O sea, los tipos siguen esperando el GoLive de los .asia casi un mes despues ???

    No contestan mas correos, hacen desaparecer los tickets de la zona de clientes
    y porsupuesto no devuelven el dinero, un desastre..:smash:

    Otro que se une :tiko:, se supone que hasta que no los concedan no nos darán la pasta. Ya que existe la posibilidad que nadie puje en la subasta y quedara libre para el registro.     Yo ya mandé un ultimatum a EuroDNS. Registré 2 dominios .asia y los 2 fueron cancelados. Tardaron 5 días en decírmelo y 5 días mas en colocar el crédito (20 euros). No hay forma de pagar con crédito así que los de soporte tuvieron que completar la compra de 1 dominio. Hoy, que ya elegí el segundo dominio me dicen que no se puede hacer porque debo tener más dinero en mi cuenta de crédito del que voy a gastar, que mejor pida un "refund".

    Tratan al cliente como idiota: pedir un "refund" de 10 euros que cuesta 10 euros...

    Ya turné el caso a finance@eurodns.com y espero su respuesta al amanecer o se van a la :dominero: con todo y sus .asia
